Leggworks recommends VECTOR ART be supplied for the cleanest, sharpest imprint. This is digital art created with drawing software such as CorelDraw or Adobe Illustrator. It is "resolution independent". This means that it can be enlarged without affecting the quality of your imprint. A lower quality form of art is RASTER ART. This is "resolution dependent". When you change the size of an imprint, you change the quality. Enlarging a JPEG, TIFF, BITMAP or PSD (PhotoShop) file will create a fuzzier, less defined image. Camera Ready Art This is black and white "line art" and has very clean, crisp lines. It can be scanned into our system and reproduced, turning it into digital art. The larger your art, the better the scan (200% of the final size if possible). Also, the higher the resolution the better, at least 600 dpi or larger is recommended for the finest quality imprint. No Halftones, Screens or Shades of Gray. Fonts Whenever possible, turn your text into "curves" or "outlines". This can be done easily in Adobe Illustrator and CorelDraw.
